Your ship is the only way to transport Goods between Estates and Towns. It needs a Captain on board to move around. The higher the distance, the more damage the ship will take.
Traveling between your home town and your estate does not take any damage as your captain knows the area and the distance is very short.
Your captain and other workers can repair the ship while they are on board.
The ship can be used to fight pirates or in endgame the Royal Fleet.
