New workers can be hired from the Tavern only when your town reaches the required level and you have enough Player Reputation. A town upgrade notification may appear before both requirements are met.
Re-Roll
If you do not like the selection of available workers, you can choose one worker to be re-rolled.
A new worker (profession) that was not previously available is then rolled.
The cost starts at 20 pearls and increases by a further 20 pearls with each re-roll.
