The Academy is the place where workers can improve their skills. Create or join classes with your workers to teach them appropriate specializations for your strategy.
Each player in a town can start a class by assigning a teacher. A class always lasts 12 hours.
Note: Teachers are committed for the entire duration of the course and can only be removed from the Academy if there are no students enrolled in their class.
Teachers always teach their own specialization (e.g., sugarcane planter).
As a reward, teachers receive reputation at the end of the class based on the total learning progress achieved by all students.
Each player can assign one student per class to the Academy (even if the teacher also belongs to the same player).
Students can be removed from the course at any time.
As students, workers gain 1% of the teacher’s skill every 30 minutes. This means they can learn up to 24% during a full 12-hour course.
