To dismantle a building, open the estate view and click the hammer icon in the lower-right corner. In the building section, click the hammer icon with the red background to enter dismantle mode, then click the building you want to dismantle. Hover over it first to see how much gold will be returned. In return, you get 80% of your total gold investments, including the Charcoal Factory and any upgrades that were fully constructed. Purchased Charcoal Factory upgrades that had not yet been started by a worker are not currently included in the demolition refund. Any worker assigned to a production building is automatically moved to the Tavern. If the worker does not appear immediately, restart or refresh the game; if successfully assigned, they should normally appear afterward. In the app, try updating or reinstalling it. In a browser, clear the browser cache before logging in again.
