Worker abilities: Some workers are super intelligent (learn 50% faster), super strong (can carry 6 instead of 4 goods and can have a super dexterity (construct 50% faster)
Smarter workers: Workers calculate the amount of goods in relation to walking time. They prefer production buildings, but may choose the harbor storage if this is much more efficient.
Worker Names: You can give each worker a unique name
Idle Worker boost: To make the game less time consuming, your workers gain an idle boost when they can’t continue their work. After that they are 50% faster for the duration of the idle time in the following fields:
Production Speed
Construction Speed
Repair Speed
Selling Speed
Learning and Researching
Production time per unit is now calculated in milliseconds, so even small upgrade steps improve production time
Production input efficiency: Can be improved for each input good seperately and in smaller steps
Lumberyard: Each building has to reserve forest tiles to produce wood there
Flexible land demand: When more workers are employed in a building, more tiles are required for maximum efficiency.

Bridges/Tunnels: New building types that connect two parts of one estate and need a lot of goods to be constructed
Statue of Liberty: Get additional power points by building the Statue of Liberty together in Chapter 4. All goods will be needed to build it.
