If you’ve forgotten your password or your account is temporarily locked, you can reset it by following these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Login Screen
Visit the Port Liberty Page and click the Login button in the top-right corner.Click “Lost password”
In the login window, select the Lost password link located below the “Login” button.Enter Your Email Address
Type in the email address linked to your Port Liberty account.Submit the Request
Click the Reset password button.Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email from Port Liberty with a password reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.Create a New Password
Click the link in the email to open a secure page where you can enter your new password.Confirm and Save
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset password to complete the process.
Account Locked?
If your account has been temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts, resetting your password will often unlock it.
