There are several possible reasons why your payment might not go through.
Check the following common causes before trying again:
Previous chargeback:
If your account or credit card had a chargeback in the past, that payment method can no longer be used.
Incorrect details entered:
You have three attempts to enter the correct payment information. After that, the system will block additional tries temporarily.
Transaction limits:
There is a limit on the number of payments that can be made within 48 hours for both credit cards and direct debit.
Insufficient balance:
Make sure your card or account has enough funds to complete the purchase.
International payments blocked:
Some banks require explicit authorization for international transactions. Contact your credit card company to enable them.
Unsupported card types:
Certain cards (like VISA Electron or VISA Gift Cards) are not accepted. Try one of the other payment options listed in the store.
The payment window opens as a popup. If it doesn’t appear, your browser may be blocking it.
Make sure popups are allowed before starting the payment.
When a special promotion appears, be prepared to pay immediately:
Ensure your payment method is ready and popups are enabled.
Once clicked, some promotions disappear and can’t be selected again.
