In the library, your workers can generate research points and learn skills from related professions.
The library consists of tables where up to two workers can sit. If both workers at a table share the same profession but have different specializations, they can learn from each other and improve their general worker skill.
Example: A sugar cane gardener and an orange gardener sit at the same table. In this case, both improve their gardener skill and can perform all gardener professions more effectively.
Regardless of profession, all workers in the library generate research points, even if they are sitting alone at a table.
Intelligence: Intelligent workers generate research points faster and learn skills more quickly. If both workers at a table are intelligent, learning progress is accelerated even further.
